Your seating depends on the package chosen during your reservation (category 1, 2, or 3). Our maître d’hôtel then handles the seating arrangement based on your category; the floor plan is finalized the day before each performance.

Yes, reservations can be made on site every day by appointment, except Sundays.

Yes, reservations are mandatory to ensure your visit and to provide you with the best possible experience. You must be in possession of an entry ticket, either on your smartphone or printed legibly, to be granted access to the theater.

For show-only tickets, we recommend arriving at 3:00 p.m. for the matinee and 10:00 p.m. for the evening performance.

For a dinner show, we recommend arriving between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

For a lunch show, we recommend that you arrive between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM.
